研究方向:
1.水稻生殖隔离机制解析
聚焦于水稻籼粳亚种间、栽培稻与野生稻种间生殖隔离基因的挖掘及其机制的解析,以期克服杂种优势利用过程中的杂种不育问题,创制具有高亲和性的育种中间材料。包括但不局限于对控制水稻杂种花粉不育、杂种雌配子不育、以及杂种偏分离的位点(或基因)进行鉴定、克隆与功能研究。
2.水稻杂种优势利用
聚焦于对控制水稻籼粳亚种间、栽培稻与野生稻种间杂种优势基因的挖掘、克隆和功能解析,以期建立水稻杂种优势调控网络;结合上述杂种不育的研究工作,创制具有高亲和性、强杂种优势的育种中间材料,指导育种决策,促进水稻杂种优势的利用。
