个人简介:
2006年毕业于河南大学生物科学专业,获理学学士学位,2006-2012年在南京农业大学作物遗传育种专业硕博连读,获农学博士学位。毕业后留校任教至今。2020年破格晋升为教授。一直从事小麦分子遗传育种研究,主要围绕小麦抗赤霉病QTL的发掘、克隆、抗病机制解析以及育种利用等开展工作。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金等项目4项,作为项目骨干参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、转基因专项等8项。在Nature Genetics、Theoretical and Applied Genetics、Molecular Breeding等刊物上发表论文14篇,获得国家发明专利4项,美国专利1项。曾获南京农业大学农学院英才奖励基金-优秀教师奖。
研究兴趣:
(1)小麦赤霉病新抗源的发掘和抗赤霉病QTL的定位;
(2)主效抗赤霉病QTL的克隆和作用机制解析;
(3)小麦赤霉病抗性的分子遗传改良。
