 治国,农学博士,南京农业大学农学院教授,博士生导师。国家棉花产业技术体系岗位科学家,农业部棉花专家指导组成员,中国棉花学会副理事长。主要从事作物生理生态与栽培管理技术等教学与科研工作,2018年被评为南京农业大学优秀研究生导师,2019年被评为南京农业大学最美教师,2010-2019年年度考核连续10年优秀。

在教学方面:主讲博士生必修课作物栽培学与耕作学专题作物学研究前沿,完善、建成了作物栽培学与耕作学学科博士生教学体系。出版“十一五(2)、“十二五(2) 普通高等教育国家级规划教材《作物栽培学总论》(12(2011.1)3(2017.7)版,科学出版社, 副主编)2010-2019年培养博士、硕士30名,目前指导在读博士生、硕士生16名。

在科研方面:主要研究棉花生长发育与产量品质形成规律及其响应环境变化的生理生态基础和棉花优质高产高效栽培技术体系等。2010-2019年,主持国家自然科学基金5(重点项目1项、面上项目4)、国家棉花产业技术体系岗位科学家项目(2008-2020)、国家重点研发计划课题1项、农业部公益性行业科研专项课题3项、国家科技支撑计划课题2项等;出版专著《棉花生理生态与产量品质形成》(科学出版社,2018.1);入选农业农村部和江苏省农业主推技术2项;以通讯作者发表论文135篇,其中Sci收录论文76(Q162%,学科排名前10%论文15)。主持完成的棉花优质高产协同理论与高效栽培技术,创新了棉花优质高产理论,创造了棉花高效栽培技术,推动了棉花产业进步,获2018-2019年度神农中华农业科技奖科学研究类成果一等奖。
