黄骥

黄骥,博士,教授,博士生导师。获南京农业大学“十佳学生工作者”、“优秀教育管理工作者”等称号,先后入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”,江苏省333工程和南京农业大学“钟山学者”计划,获南京农业大学优秀教学奖、大北农青年学者奖。

经历:

2005 年12月获南京农业大学博士学位

2008-2009年美国康奈尔大学博士后

2013-2014年美国Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation访问学者。

教学:

目前承担留学生分子生物学实验,研究生生物信息学,本科生应用文写作等课程。主持2项江苏省教改重点项目,获国家教学成果二等奖(排名第6),江苏省教学成果特等奖(排名第6)、江苏省教学成果二等奖(排名第3)、南京农业大学教学成果特等奖(排名第2)、二等奖(排名第1)。

科研:

从事水稻遗传育种以及作物生物信息学研究。

先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才基金、转基因重大专项子任务、江苏省自然科学基金等省部级以上科研项目,已在PNAS, The Plant Cell,  Plant Physiol, The Plant Journal, Plant Biotech J, Bioinformatics, RNA Biology等国内外刊物发表研究论文50多篇,被引用近3000次,授予国家发明专利 6项。
