1.教育和研究经历

1986年至1990年安徽师范大学生物系本科;1990年至2000年在安徽科技学院任助教、讲师,期间于1995年至1998年在南京农业大学农学系攻读硕士学位;2000年至2003年在日本北海道大学农学研究科攻读博士学位。200310-12月在日本北海道大学农学研究科任外国人研究员;2004年至2013年美国德克萨斯农工大学(Texas A&M University)博士后、助理研究科学家。20134月作为高层次引进人才到南京农业大学作物遗传和种质创新国家重点实验室工作,任教授。

 

2. 主要研究方向

玉米抗病的分子遗传与育种;植物先天免疫机制和信号转导。

本实验室以玉米为主要研究对象,利用遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学和基因组学等手段克隆与玉米抗病性状相关的重要QTL位点及功能基因,并对这些位点/基因在玉米抗病中的功能、分子和遗传机制进行解析,以期获得优异的玉米抗性资源,为玉米优质高产育种服务。同时,实验室的另一个研究兴趣是植物对病原菌识别和免疫应答过程及信号转导的机制,解析这些机制将为作物抗病遗传育种研究提供有力的理论和技术支撑。
