研究方向:

麦类遗传育种;分子细胞遗传学;基因组学;抗病遗传育种。面向小麦育种对重要性状新基因特别是抗病新基因资源的迫切需求,致力于麦类作物新基因的发掘、鉴定、定位、克隆和育种利用以及种质创新的方法和技术研究,主要内容包括:1)分子细胞遗传学和基因组学与小麦种质创新;2)小麦及近缘物种重要育种目标性状基因发掘、定位、克隆和作用机制解析;3)小麦染色体工程和分子育种。

个人简介:

本科(1987年)毕业于北京农业大学农学专业,硕士研究生(1993年)和博士研究生(1996年)毕业于南京农业大学作物遗传育种专业。1987-1990年在河北省农林科学院谷子研究所工作;1997年至今在南京农业大学工作至今。19992000年美国堪萨斯州立大学访问学者,20042005年美国威斯康辛大学博士后。现任南京农业大学教授、农学院副院长、作物遗传与种质创新国家重点实验室常务副主任、农业部华东地区作物基因资源与种质创制重点实验室主任,江苏省遗传学会理事长,中国遗传学会、中国作物学会、中国农业与生物技术学会、植物生理与分子生物学会女科学家分会理事,作物学报、农业生物技术学报、Plant Growth Regulation等编委。先后主持国家自然基金等项目30余项;获国家科技进步二等奖 (8/40)和国家技术发明二等奖(排名2/6)各1项,教育部高校科学研究优秀成果奖(技术发明奖和科技进步奖)一等奖各1项(排名2/65/6);发表论文160余篇,其中SCI论文60余篇。参编教材和专著4部。获批发明专利15项,参加育成小麦新品种2个,获批植物新品种保护权2项。
